Suspect in driver’s death identified

ROXAS City — The local police has already identified the main suspect in the death of a 25-year-old tricycle driver last week.

Felix Baclor, 21, of Bayot Drive here, allegedly killed Michael John Sueta of Pavia Street with the use of an Indian target, according to Supt. Kashmir Disomangcop, Roxas City police chief.

The suspect, along with another companion, is at large.

Sueta was with his friends when a group of persons met up with them, police said.

The victim’s wife Marlyn said Sueta was asked to bring his friends home to Brgy. Punta Tabuc.

She said she was shocked upon learning that her husband died.

Suete has no known enemy and was only driving a tricycle for a living, Marlyn said.

According to the police, Suete was rushed to the Saint Anthony College Hospital shortly after the incident.

However, attending physician Dr. Florencio Luching declared him dead on arrival, the police said.

The police initially apprehended a 16-year-old boy who was then with the suspects. The boy later confessed who the main suspects were./PN

Waiter ‘mauls’ co-worker

ROXAS City — A waiter in a KTV bar on Roxas Avenue here allegedly mauled his 14-year-old co-worker on Saturday.

Neneng (not her real name) complained to the police that “Ryan” berated her, grabbed her and banged her head on a table.

Neneng said Ryan also punched her on the chest.

She also sustained hematoma on the different parts of her body, police said.

In another story, the family of 11-year-old girl will file charges against a 46-year-old carpenter for allegedly sexually molesting their daughter.

The victim’s brother caught the carpenter sexually molesting his sister, police said.

The suspect, who was under the influence of liquor that time, was working in the victim’s house.

He fled after the incident./PN
