Hiniling ni dating Senator Nikki Coseteng at Philippine Swimming League President Susan Papa sa Kongreso na imbestigahan ang katiwalian sa Philippine Amateur Swimming Association at Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation saan naging chairman si Ephraim Genuino.
Sa panayam ng mamahayag, sinabi ni Papa na dapat alamin ng mga Senador at Kongresista kung saan napunta ang P30 milyong unliquidated fund noong 2008.
“With huge funds available directly to PASA, the swimming association has no need to compel its competing athletes and coaches to pay their own way into the local and international competitions – airfare, accomodation, uniforms; as member of the Philippine Swim Team,” pahayag ni Coseteng kasabay ng kahilingan sa Philippine Sports Commission na i-audit ang pondo ng PASA.
