Mga Kapwa Pilipino,

Nais naming iparating sa inyong lahat ang SPECIAL CONGRESS na proseso ng Partido Kalikasan (PK) sa darating na dalawang buwan upang mapagusapan at mapagdesisyunan ng kasapian ng Partido ang mga sumusunod na mahahalang agenda:

(1) Pagkaisahan ang PLATAPORMA DE GOBYERNO ng Partido para sa susunod na 15 taon batay sa aming pinagkakaisang batayang prinsipyo ng: a) integridad ng kalikasan, b) hustisyang panlipunan, c) mapayapang pagbubuo ng sambayanan, d) direktang pamamahala at e) personal na integridad 

(2) Pagkaisahan ang mga plano at estratehiya sa PAGSABAK SA 2013 NA LOKAL AT PAMBANSANG ELEKSYON

(3) PAGHALAL NG BAGONG PAMBANSANG LIBERATO NG PARTIDO KALIKASAN (National Directorate: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary-General, Treasurer, Spokesperson)

Gagawin ang proseso na ito sa pamamagitan ng mga sumusunod na serye ng mga pagpupulong:

PK LUZON ASSEMBLY
7pm-11pm : February 15
9am - 6pm: February 16
VENUE: (Tentative: NEC, Easte Avenue, Q.C.)

PK VISAYAS ASSEMBLY
7pm-11pm: February 17
9am - 6pm: February 18
Venue: (Tentative: Panglao Island, Bohol)

PK MINDANAO ASSEMBLY
7pm-11pm: February 21
9am - 6pm: February 22
Venue: (Tentative: Xavier University, Cagayan de Oro City)

PK CORDILLERA ASSEMBLY
6pm-11pm: March 4
9am-6pm: March 5
Venue: (Tentative: Barlig, Mountain Province)

SPECIAL CONGRESS OF THE PK NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
7pm-11pm: March 12
9am-6pm: March 13
Venue: (Tentative: CMFA, Sta Mesa, Manila)

ONLINE PROCESS: Online na proseso para sa mga di makakadalong members at bukas din sa mga di miyembro na nais magpaabot ng kanilang pananaw. Ito ay isasagawa sa pamamagitan ng isang ONLINE FORUM at mga naka schedule na CHAT-DISCUSSIONS. Ipapaabot namin ang detalte nito sa mga susunod na araw.

Maging kasapi man kayo ng Partido Kalikasan o hindi pero kung may opinyon o mungkahi kayong ipaabot ukol sa mga paguusapan sa SPECIAL CONGRESS process na ito ay mangyari lang na i email nyo sa amin sa partidokalikasan@yahoo.com

2nd NATIONAL RIVERS SUMMIT

Ang serye na ito ng mga pagpupulong ay naka dovetail sa partisipasyon ng mga members ng Partido Kalikasan sa isang serye ng consultation bilang bahagi ng 2nd NATIONAL RIVER SUMMIT na inoorganisa ng Sagip Pasig Movement ( na magna-national na bilang SAGIP iLOG PILIPINAS MOVEMENT) sa pakikipag-ugnayuan sa DENR. 

Ang serye ng mga paguusap na ito ay ang mga sumusunod:

RTD for Luzon/NCR: February 15 (9am to 6pm)
Venue: DENR Central Office, Visayas Avenue Q.C.

RTD for Visayas: February 17 (9am to 6pm)
Venue; DENR Regional Office, Tagbilaran City, Bohol

RTD for Mindanao: February 22 (9am to 6pm)
Venue: DENR Regional Office, Cagayan de Oro City

2nd National River Summit: March 14 (9am to 6pm)
Venue: CMFA, Sta Mesa Manila

Ang institute ng Partido; and ECO SUSTAINABILITY INSTITUTE (bagong pangalan ng PKI) ay partner ng SPM sa proyekto na ito at kami ay tumutulong sa substansya ng dokumentasyon ng proseso.

Layuning ng NATIONAL RIVER SUMMIT na proseso na ito na:

(1) Konsultahin ang mga direktang stakeholder sa pagbubuo ng isang kumprehensibong RIVER LAW upang matugunan ang kakulangan ng epektibo at pangmatagalang programang pangkaunlaran ng ating mga kailugan

(2) Simulan ang paghahanda ng mga komunidad sa mge ka-ilugan (lalong-lalo na an gmga nsa top 20 river basin sa boung bansa) sa pagkakaroon ng malinaw na Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP) at Disaster Risk Reduction Plan upang maayos na maharap at matugunan ang krisis mula sa climate change na kinakaharap na ng mga komunidad na ito

(3) Maipagsama at magamit sa mas malawakang implementasyon ang mga BEST PRACTICES sa sustainable community-based river basin management

Malaking bahagi ng mga lokal na Partido Kalikasan ay gumagalaw at nagoorganisa sa nibel ng mga WATERSHEDS at RIVERBASINS kung kayat kami ay sumusuporta sa proseso na ito ng 2nd NATIONAL RIVERS SUMMIT.

ANNUAL PASIG RIVER FLUVIAL PARADE: (March 15)

Sa March 15 ay gaganapin naman bilang pagtatapos ng dalawang proseso na ito (2nd National River Summit at Special Congress Process ng PK) and mas maagang pagsasagawa ng taunang PASIG RIVER FLUVIAL PARADE (sa mga nakaraang taon ay ginagawa ito sa EARTH DAY: April 22) na katatampukan ng higit sa 30 mga bangka na maglalayag mula PUP Sta Mesa hanggang Makati River Park sa may Guadalupe station.

Lahat ay inaanyayahan dito at magkakaroon ng sariling bangka na magpapakita ng PARTIDO KALIKASAN bilang isa sa mga public launching event ng Partido.

Sa fluvial parade ay ila launch ang pagsisimula ng MACLING DULAG AWARDS for RIVER INITIATIVE na taunang paghahanap ng mga best practices sa river basin management. Ang pamilya ni Macling Dulag ay nagbigay na ng basbas na ipangalan ito sa ngalan ng kanilang ninunong nagtanggol sa kalikasan at pamayanan laban sa mapanirang Large Hydro Dams sa Chico river.

Bagaman limitado ang mga miyembro ng PK na masusuportahan upang ma subsidize sa kanilang pagdalo sa mga serye na ito ng konsultasyon, bukas ito sa LAHAT ng kasapi ng Partido Kalikasan na may kakayanang pondohan ang mga sarili nilang pumunta sa mga pagpupulong na ito at sa fluvial parade. Mangyari lamang na makipag ugnayan sa amin sa pamamagitan ng email: partidokalikasan@yahoo.com kung kasapi kayo ng Partido at gusto nyong makadalo. Kasalukuyan kaming nakikipag ugnayan sa mga lokal na liderato ng Partido sa pagpili ng mga susuportahan.

Kahit man hindi kayo kasapi ng PK pero kayo o ang nyong komunidad o organisasyon ay nakatutok din sa gawain sa mga RIVER BASIN, mangyari lamang na makipag ugnayan din kayo sa amin upang mapaimbitahan namin kasyo sa RIVER SUMMIT na proseso na ito. Mapakahalagang ang inyong pananaw at opinyon ay maisama sa prosesong ito.
