ROTARY BEAMING ACTIVITY SET

Dear PR Team,

 

On 23 February 2011 we will again be celebrating the anniversary of Rotary International together with the rest of the Rotary world. In the Philippines we will be holding, for the second time, our highly successful BEAMING ACTIVITY.

 

Like last year, we will beam the Polio Plus and the Rotary logos at the Mall of Asia on the evening of Rotary Day. Hosted by the Rotary Club of Makati San Lorenzo led by President Ruth Nocum with Chairman PP Chacha Camacho, the BEAMING ACTIVITY will start at 6PM of 23 February, Wednesday, and will last the whole night.

 

In this connection, I would like you to participate in this BEAMING ACTIVITY unique to Rotary and encourage as many Rotarians to participate as well. Kindly coordinate with your District Governor and District PR Chairman regarding this matter. Assembly time will be at 5PM at the sidewalk and half of the street fronting the globe and the mall, in front of BDO. RC Makati San Lorenzo will make sure the street is cordoned off during the event.

 

May I also ask your help in disseminating this information to so that Rotarians who find themselves in Manila on 23 February might be able to join the other Philippine Rotarians at the BEAMING ACTIVITY?
