PNP to solve robbery case in Aurora

BALER, Aurora, January 18, 2011-Policemen investigators here were mandated by Police Chief Inspector Dennis C. Wenceslao, Chief of Police of Baler PNP station to solve robbery case in Aurora to identify the suspects involved in a recent holdup carting away Php947,000.00 cash money in a broad day light by two (2) males riding in a motorcycle along Quezon highway, Brgy. Suklayin, Baler, Aurora.

A result of photo cartographic sketch was presented by the authorities for the possible arrest and identity of the culprit aging from 30 to 35 years old,   5’4” to 5’5” in height, 60 to 65kgs in weight, medium in built and fair complexion.

Wenceslao said that they are tracing the identity of the picture saying that they are doing their best to solve the case at the soonest time possible, adding that he ordered all of his policemen to track down the perpetrators and file cases against them to give justice to the victim.

Earlier, victim Lydia Querijero Y’ Adalyn, 46 years old, married, and proprietress of the Aurora Telecom and a resident of Bonifacio Street, Brgy. 2 was on her way to the Land Bank of the Philippines, Baler Branch in Brgy. Suklayin together with her Telemarketer Jean Rubio Y’ dela Torre and driver Joel Madarcos Y’ Rubio who were aboard on a motorcycle when the suspects overtook them along Quezon highway (Infront of Asia Pacific International System College) and fired a handgun twice prompting them to stop. One of the suspects grabbed the bag containing cash money from Lydia and hurriedly drove away towards Aurora National High School.

After a follow-up operation led by Wenceslao for the possible arrest of the culprits, the getaway vehicle XRM Honda bearing plate number TI 7064 and helmet was recovered upon abandoning at Sitio Gabgab, Brgy. Buhangin in this town, while two (2) bullet casings were collected at the crime scene.
